Getting ready for the storm

So it is Thursday and Hurricane Ike is upon us. I have been to Krogers, only to find that they are out of propane. I have stood in line at Costco. At, least they kept their store stocked, and I filled my car up with gas. So I am ready. But, wouldn't you know, I just purchased a large selection of meat and my freezer is full, so I am really hoping that we only loose power for a bit. I mean, seriously, this is Houston. We are the Energy capital. Surely, Reliant can get our power up and running. Honestly. If the power is out for awhile, then, my neighbor has a generator. You better believe that I am going to hot foot over and beg to use their freezer. I really hate hurricane season. UGH
